What regions do you serve with your own trucks?
Our asset-based fleet runs daily out of Pennsylvania into Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, and the DC metro. For anything outside that, we move freight through a vetted broker network covering the lower 48 — same McCabe ownership, same SLA.
How fast will I get a rate back?
Most lanes: 30 minutes during business hours. Expedited or unusual equipment may take longer. You always hear back from a human, not an auto-response.
What equipment do you run?
53' dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step-decks, RGN, sprinters, and straight trucks. Heavy haul up to 140,000 lbs with permits and pilot cars arranged in-house.
Do you offer dedicated lanes or contract pricing?
Yes. For recurring volume we build dedicated lanes with locked capacity and rate commitments. Ask about our dedicated program during your quote.
Can you handle warehousing plus shipping in one engagement?
Absolutely. Our Leetsdale (125k sq ft) and Claysburg (85k sq ft) facilities offer 3PL, cross-dock, staging, and climate-controlled storage — integrated with outbound dispatch.
Are you a broker or a carrier?
Both. We own 180+ trucks and hold a carrier authority; we also run a licensed brokerage for capacity outside our core lanes. Single vendor, single invoice.
